Well, I drove up and waited 5 minutes then was waived in to go to the far stall…I sat there for about 10 minutes then I was “redirected” out of that stall and placed in another stall while another customer took my spot. Then the person who was helping me (Isaac I believe) switched cars and went over to a new vehicle to work on which oddly enough was a cute female. Then the person who was helping me was clueless as to where the previous employee left off so I had to tell/coach him as to what I was being told. After the oil change was complete I gave the employee a $15 off coupon which was not applied and I was told that they will credit my account $15 which was never done as of this morning.The last thing I would like to add is that this was the second time in two weeks I was there…a couple weeks ago I pulled up and waited 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or waiving me into any of the stalls so I backed up and came back on the 15th. I’ve been coming here the last couple years with good service and whatever y’all have done or whoever y’all have hired is going to run this location into the ground!
