They had me wait inside the bay, only to tell me 20 minutes later they did not have an oil filter to fit may car. They offered to go get one (which they did) and to come back at another time, which I did. In all honesty, I wasn’t disappointed with the staff. I was more disappointed that they didn’t have the required Oil filter in stock and I had to sit there for 20 minutes before I was told. I’m sure they were unaware of it.

It is very different from past times I have visited. Lots of up-selling. And in the past they have topped off all my fluids for free, but they charged me 7.95 to top off the coolant, and didn’t even bother with the wiper fluid. Also, trying to talk me into a service that they couldn’t even provide on my vehicle as it has to be done at the dealership

The gal who helped me was straight to the point about pricing, services, and asked me questions relevant to my needs. The staff is not pushy about extra services which is why I stopped going to jiffy lube. The other staff members were also pleasant in the fewer interactions I had with them as they asked if they could access my car, politely gave me directions, were patient with my functioning of the car, apologized I’m even when they didn’t have to, and said thank you and have a nice day day. Lot of touches that made the experience great and go buy quickly.
