I asked for a tire rotation after my oil change. The workers ended up breaking 3 wheel studs off of two of my wheels. They refused to finish working on other two wheels, refunded my order and then sent me on my way. I had to go to a wheel and tire shop immediately after since my car was unsafe to drive. We found 3 more wheel studs were stripped and broken. 6 in total. I had to pay 250 dollars to repair the mistake. I think the mistake was they used a torque gun and tightened it too fast due to them being in a rush. The lug nuts galled and got stuck. Then stripped and broke the studs.
