I wanted ALL the fluids changed. I had a 20% off coupon for the transmission fluid and when they were done they told me they couldnu2019t do the transmission fluid because a screw was u201crustedu201d and they didnu2019t have the right tool to get it off. The girl was nervous when telling me and kept changing the story. She said they would call me when they got the right tool. I took the car to a competitor of yours, nothing was rusted and they were able to change the transmission fluid. I felt like they didnu2019t want to do it because of the coupon. I spent over $400 there would have been more if they would have done the transmission fluid.

I'm very happy with all of the staff. I have not done an instant oil change or anything, but they told me all the levels that are necessary since it's been a while and my car has really been suffering. And I didn't want to take it to my car mechanic because last time I took anything to them. It was a brake job and they didn't do good at the brake job, but it was for Oil Change and I had to take her back for the brakes, even though they did the oil change and then they forgot to do the break reset at least from here they had different ways to resetting the brakes by pumping the gas pedal instead of pumping the brake pedal
