I was in queue and they had me move to first open bay. Short wait time. They listened that I fill my own tires and left the pressure where I set it. No other shop listens and I always have to go fill up tires after. Attendant smiled and was friendly. He showed me overdue/needed services but didnu2019t pressure me. Weu2019re broke and I can barely afford oil changes. Shop looks clean and organized. Talked with assistant manager to compliment the crew and service I received. We live in a condo complex where no car work or washing is allowed. I would sneak and do my own oil at night, but got reported and received a written warning. This Valvoline has made my life easier and cleaner. Happy customer here.
