I felt every procedure was explained to me so I would totally understand what was being done and the purpose it was being recommended. They referred to the car fax history which gave me confidence the procedure had not been done in the past. They didn't oversell which I appreciated as my car has a lot of miles on it and probably could use more care as it ages and the mileage increases.
