Ive been getting my car oil change here for years but this time they don't drain the oil the old way from the drain plug instead they suction it! I've worked on cars for a long time not draining oil is nit acceptable. There's a lot sludge and particle that can't be suction.You have go back the old way of changing oil ! Drain it not suctioning it
