The staff were efficient and cheerful. Great attitude. Clearly they are happy in their workplace. Hopefully, Valvoline pays and rewards them well with bonuses.

Survey Comment:at no Time did anyone quote me a price and get my approval to move forward before they started to work on my car. As soon as they started working on my car I looked at the screen and saw the price and objected and asked them to stop working ($130 for an oil change). They had not emptied my oil at that point yet. The guy who was handling my account told me that they have a policy to never quote a price to anyone who has been in for service before. I told him that was ridiculous and somebody who was standing behind him called the manager over. I did hear the manager reprimand him for not quoting me a price. The manager did provide me a discount. It felt very scammy. The new person who came to finish my car Continued to make excuses For the first person not quoting a price and giving a ridiculous response that was clearly not true. I will never come back here and I will discourage everyone I know, everyone I meet and everyone I have ever known from coming here. Super super scammy
