I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. During my visit, I encountered unprofessional staff and an overall lack of accountability. When I requested to speak with a manager, the assistant misrepresented himself as the manager, and with a cocky attitude said I am the manager, Iu2019m waiting for my new uniforms- the actual manager did not want to address my concerns- ONLY until he noticed my car was stuck and we were not going anywhere. We endured over an hour of poor service, with the assistant being both rude and dismissive. Additionally, the manager was unhelpful and provided misinformation regarding our vehicle. My husband recorded the incident and noted the staffu2019s incompetence, highlighted by a comment made by one of the employees.Given the horrendous experience, I would like to request a refund of $166 to my account. I have yet to receive any follow-up regarding my refund, despite the manager's assurance. Please address this issue promptly. I hope to see this resolved quickly.Thank you,
