I had an excellent experience at the Valvoline on Edgar in Huntington Beach. The team was quick, efficient, and extremely friendly from the moment I pulled up. Even when they got a bit backed up, they handled everything smoothly and made the whole process surprisingly fun—directing cars and maneuvering everyone around while still making sure the first person there was served first.
On top of that, they went above and beyond by even taking care of the trash in my car, which was a really thoughtful touch and not something you see every day.
Special shout out to Jae and Jonathan—they really took care of me and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great service, great attitude, and a well-run location. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them! AMAZING team work!

The staff were efficient and cheerful. Great attitude. Clearly they are happy in their workplace. Hopefully, Valvoline pays and rewards them well with bonuses.
