The employees working here were patient and kind while explaining the details of what needed to be done to my car. They answered questions promptly and thoughtfully. I had no idea I needed a new AC air filter. I was surprised to see how dirty mine was when the Valvoline employee pulled it out. I am very grateful that they fixed this problem and were so helpful and polite. I was also impressed by how fast they finished my car’s oil change. I usually wait for 2 hours when I go to PepBoys. I will definitely recommend Valvoline and come here again. Thanks for the great service!

The staff was absolutely NOT the problem…they were Amazing, friendly, polite, happy.The pricing was outrageous $180 for an oil change!? 180 bucks!! That’s outrageous. I get things are expensive but 100 and 80 bucks to check fluids, tire pressure and change the oil.
