I don't usually do reviews but I received such amazing service I needed to let you know! I came across a coupon so I tried Valvoline for the first time today to get my oil changed. It was such a pleasant experience! I've never been somewhere that was as transparent with pricing and changing out filters (after showing them and allowing me to determine if would like to replace) without pushing me for extras. They included me and showed me each step as they went along. Brian was extremely friendly and polite. I truly enjoyed seeing young women working there as well! Samantha was very personable, thorough and polite. All of the employees were professional. They even found another coupon for me to use at this visit. I'll definitely be coming back for additional services!
