This was my first time using this business and I rate it A+.Will never return to the Mazda dealer for service. Valvoline was less expensive and I saved 2 hours by using Valvoline.Aidan was the technician who did the work and performed safety checks and was very thorough. Actually the staff and service was very good. I got the oil change and bought and battery. I also asked for the windshield wipers to be replaced. They did not have the correct size windshield wipers and my discount coupon did not count toward my battery. However the discount was applied to my oil change and filter. The wiper and no discount on the battery would be my only comments. Other than that it went very well.

When I pulled up, I asked a mechanic which line I should get in. He ignored me and walked off. After sitting in the middle lane for 10 minutes, an old Bronco pulled up in the next lane. The same mechanic immediately went up to that guy and started asking him about his vehicle. Once the vehicle in that lane was finished, the mechanics started working on the Bronco instead of my vehicle. I left my son in my car and got out to ask them why. They told me to wait and that the car in my lane would be done soon. I was then charged an $8 fee for a factory oil filter. The oil change was $80+ dollars without fees and taxes, so why is there an additional charge for the correct oil filter?I also stated that I do not want my vehicle information shared including my mileage. That attendant told me that it will be shared with Carfax and there is not an opt out option. So, Valvoline is making more money off of me by selling my information. NOT COOL!.

Frank was an amazing customer service representative; This was my first time doing an oil change and maintenance on my car, and he was fantastic at explaining the process. He helped me identify and fix an issue I had been having with me vehicle for months, and relayed the solution without making me feel pressured to spend money on too many additional services.
