One of the things I had when I came in was a tire change. I had a nail in the tire causing low tire pressure. All 4 tires were checked and a nail was found. All the staff said was that all my tires were fine and to take it to a tire shop. The next day I took it to a shop to remove the nail and patch the leak. They inspected all 4 tires and they were in horrible condition. 3 of my tires were near completely bald and had wires exposed. All of my tires had cracks and uneven surfaces. The mechanic said that I was lucky to make it to the shop without having one of my tires explode. This is completely unacceptable as the staff at Valvoline should have told me about the condition of my tires. Instead, they kept quiet and rotated them despite the fact that they should have been replaced.
