I have gone to this Valvoline for over 5 plus years and never had any issue. Today, i politely asked to not have any cabin filter or engine filter checked. Explained that my daughter was in the hospital and i was in a hurry to get back to her. Samantha was extremely rude. She told the other worker she doesn't want any fluids which i did not say and then went over to the car next to me and proceeded to talk to her co worker and laugh and talk about her plans this weekend. This while i was waiting. I politely asked one of the other workers and he said she would get to me when she could. She was purposely taking her time chatting to make me later. She was rude and condescending. I have never received any kind of service like this. Iam worried that they didn't do my oil right or did some Thing else to my car, so much so Iam planning on getting my car checked out tomorrow to verify oil was changed. I have never had someone do this. I am not one to ever write any negative reviews; Iam pretty easy going but this was so intentional and she was so rude, i couldn't help but fill out this survey.
