I went a while ago for an oil change and transmission service. The oil pan was left with the plug loose so my truck leaked the oil out little by little. I went back to explain my concerns and they said the technician at that time had made a note saying that the truck was leaking, which is not true my truck wasn’t leaking nor the bolt loose
