BEWARE OF TECHNICIAN (Enrique) at the Lake Elsinore site.Not only is he unprofessional and a blatant liar he's obviously poorly trained. I specifically asked 3 times for my tires to be checked and to be put at 40 psi. At the end of my oil change I asked a technician who was near by my vehicle if he would double check my tires and he hollered out to Enrique to ask if he had checked my tires🤔 and Enrique said he checked them which was a lie because I was sitting in the vehicle the entire time and noone got near my tires. When it was all said and done another tech checked my tires and all 4 tires were at 28 and 29 psi. It really made me wonder if they had even changed my oil. That is the 2nd time that happened to me at that facility with the same technician (Enrique). Obviously can't be trusted. I have a fleet account there and am considering going to Jiffy Lube from now on.
