Guess I arrived at a good time, no wait. I had bought a Groupon for this location because price seemed about as reasonable as one could get on this site. (Still I think that close to $40 for an oil change is excessive. Actually I drove about 30 miles to get there, which I had estimated would be far less. The staff impressed me from the start as I have an older phone that required time bringing up the Groupon. The guy was patient and helpful in the process. It was really friendliness and courtesy all the way, by all the staff, that would get me back to this site, really somewhat distant to me.

Two cars came in after me & went out first. We had no extra service done other than the oil changed. Car next to us came in after, had extra service, manager was all over his car, and went out before they touched our car. Been using for years now & never had such bad service & told the manager as he was the one working on the other car. I will only use Valvoline oil in my cars & that’s why I go there.
