After leaving I started my drive home to stockton (from lodi) and I heard a scraping under my car. It scared me not knowing what was happening. I made it home and looked under my car and noticed this metal plate that should have been bolted down, wasn't. It was hanging. I took pics and sent it to my husband. He called me and told me not to drive my car until he came home from work and fixed it. So I was stuck home until 6pm(my old change was around 1030am). I wasn't able to do any of my errands and needed to find someone to pick up my son from school for me. When my husband got home he had to jack my car up, get underneath and bolt my plate back in place. After paying $85 for an oil change I expect parts to be put back in place.
