Usually, the team members are very fast and efficient. It seemed like a couple of these people didn't quite know exactly everything, so there was some bumbling around. It also frustrates me when a team member insists they know how to reset the oil light, because they have never once known how to do it. I told the woman that I know how to do it, but she kept telling me things to do, that didn't work.
