2.0 out of 5.0

I usually don’t have a problem here but the last time I went was awful. They moved me to a different lane and then seemingly forgot I was there for 30 minutes. 2 cars that arrived AFTER me got serviced before me. All in all it took me about an hour to get out of there. So annoying that one of the cars that got there after me (and I KNOW he got there after me because I watched him pull up 5-10 mins after I did AND he had to back up so they could move me) left like 15 minutes before me! Like I said, I usually don’t have a problem but I guess they’re under new management or have new people working there bc it was not a good experience. I also noticed I wasn’t the only one getting put to the wayside, so I guess they’re just disorganized all around. I’ll be trying a different location next time.
