They are now using the vacuum method of removing the waste oil out of the crankcase. This does not allow all the oil to be drained. I understand it is faster and safer but it is not as efficient. The bigger issue is, when I arrived home, a very large puddle of oil ran off the frame member under the location of the oil filter. This has happened before at this location. When I returned from that visit, they cleaned the area and told me it would never happen again. The next time I went in, they had me pull the car further to one side to allow better access to the filter; there was no problem. This time, there was no consideration for the placement of the filter and oil was everywhere. My Honda does not leak oil. Now, there is a big stain on my driveway. I am very unhappy. I have patronized that location for several years. Unfortunately, they have lost all my past records because I gave my last Honda to my son and his name is on everything now. They have no record of the myriad visits I have made to that location.

I had two service visits on 4/13/24. My first visit went well. Satisfied with the visit. The second visit at the same location, ended unsuccessfully. It turns out that Valvoline did not use my older Jeeps needed 10w30, nor the oil filter V035. I was offered the 20w50 oil. It chose not to use. Also, the tech suggested that if I brought in my own oil and filter, they could perform the oil change at the regular price. I was disappointed and left wondering why 10w30 was not on the menu. Anyway, the overall service was great and I have three other vehicle that still need oil changes and I will return.
