They left hand prints on hood and fender. They struggled to work on my car and never communicated what they struggled with. I was never told the price and was just asked at the end for payment. Lastly they had at least 4-5 technicians come work on my car so I never felt like they knew what they were doing. When the last technician closed the hood he failed to secure the hood prop and smashed it. I asked him what happened and if he caused damage and he said nothing happened and walked away.

I dont live close to where I got the service done at and definatly had a bad experience driving up the mountain going to Crestline after the oil change. I apologize if I am wrong but IF A CAR NEEDS synthetic please remain professional because if you know it should use synthetic and a customer nicely chosen the lesser amount. If something happens to a much needed car... I need it to be good to me. So my exhausted boy friend had me help him drain the oil you put in... we were not able to flush it out... this is important... it runs better BUT pistons can go bad from a flush not done properly... my car is a 2005 Mitsubishi Galant. Low mileage. I always lead vehicles when I drive up the mountain. The day I went back after the oil change...she sounded angry. Cars constantly passed me. Had me very worried. I am. I need my car to stay dependable. Please advise me on my worries. It definatly wasn't good oil choice... I don't know this vehicle either.
