As much I liked this location I can't begin to dislike the company over all. From issues with my girls car at the location on La Tijera and dealing with multiple district managers they keep changing on us(they pretty much forgot to put oil in during the oil change. I would say go in souly for an oil change. My cars transmission got damaged but to the oil they claimed to help my car run better. My transmission ended up getting water mixed in with thier oil. They'll do that change for some extra change. But the transmission needs to replaced by actual mechanics. A real mechanic would tell you if you really need it and will recommend the actual transmission oil needed. Here you would get cheap oil they by cheap by the barrels. Quick and convenient comes with an expensive price. Thank you Valvoline for the oil changes and friendly service but I can't leave my car in your hands any longer.

Deon was so kind and welcoming. He clearly explained exactly what my car needed, the pricing, and gave me realistic options regarding what needed to be done immediately or could wait until my next visit. I cannot sing his praises enough. I always have a great experience when I visit this location, but Deon went above and beyond.

Everyone was really nice and explained everything step by step the service was fast and they'll tell you if anything else needs attention. Ill definitely be going back.
