There was an extremely long line, I appreciated the courtesy they showed in telling me it would be longer than 15 minutes. The person in line in front of me took a longer time than expected, and in fact they did not have the specialty filter available, so my car needed to move over a lane, staff was respectful asking others to wait and did in fact insure I kept my spot in line. They hit all of your points and explained in a knowledgeable way.
