The lady who took my information was excellent.. It wasnu2019t time for my oil change and I explained and showed her why. I had my oil leak and that problem was taken care of by a mechanic. She explained to me that i could do a top off. Never was this mentioned before. The gentleman tested my oil and said it was low and they would put 2 or 3 quarts of oil. I still have over a 1000 miles. I will be back shortly to do my full oil change. They were knowledgeable and polite. Thank you.

Asked manager if he could honor coupon and he said no cause he needed to scan it , see it physically. I asked the staff (Oscar I think) to double check the pan was cleaned after the oil change and he was happy to do that for me. Previous times I had to go back because the car was dripping oil after the change but there is no dripping this time.
