Well this is my millionth time to Valvoline and 500,000th time to this particular location. Those are exaggerations, but it's been a lot of times. I LOVE Valvoline, but I especially love the National and Robertson location in Los Angeles. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient. There were literally 3+ people waiting in each bay. These awesome employees took it all in stride and didn't let the pressure or stress affect their warmth and helpfulness. Great job to all of them, great job to the management who trained them, and great job Valvoline for hiring great people! I hope they get good bonuses and benefits!! Thank you!
