I go to this Valvoline often and everyone is always very nice, but today it felt like everyone was extra on top of their game !! Josh was very kind to try and help me with something he didn't need to help with. Shawn basically SAVED MY LIFE because he noticed my horn was unplugged, so he plugged it back in for me. For two years, whenever I locked my car it wouldn't make a sound, so I was forced to wander around parking structures wondering where I put my car, but now, thanks to Shawn, I can finally click around with my keys until I hear the melodious beep of my car. And Mr. Manager (I'm so sorry I didn't actually catch his name, but he 6-7'd at me) was really friendly and I think that's cool.
