Everything was quick and efficient and I felt as though I was informed of what services were needed and why. I used to get oil changes at Jiffy Lube and my experience there was the complete opposite.

The representative explained the value of the blended oil which I purchased. They did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need; even waited for me to ask about the inner cabin filter.

The employees seemed more robotic than truly just friendly. I appreciate the professionalism, but I work in a customer service field. I know what to do if I’m dealing with a repeat or multiple repeat customer, you some how treat them like you know them, or you are part of the family. This is my 4th car I’ve taken there in over 12 years. Staff should somehow know when looking at my records or name. Saying something like welcome back ryan, or mr kopald would make me feel more like a repeat customer. 4 cars, 12 years. Really ?

Service was done in about 15 minutes. Options explained but was not pressured to do any extra services. The crew was very friendly and worked very quickly with military precision.

Rep did not take time to go through what my oil options were and which I would like to choose. Just something in which I still don’t know what it is, because I never got a receipt. I asked for a tire rotation and they said it would take an additional 20 minute wait. Because of the wait I said fine I won’t get a tire rotation. They also did not provide a receipt. Said it would be emailed but I never got an email. It felt like they were rushing me out. As a customer willing to by services they appeared to not care and just want me in and out as fast as possible.

Everything was great. The only issue was that the computer monitor at the bay I was parked in didn’t work. This was clearly communicated to me before I pulled into the bay by the customer service rep. I just chose not to wait for the other bays since they already has cars being worked on in them. Also, some of the other services that usually get checked on my visits as part of maintenance checks (for example: lubrication check, rear and front differential fluid level, and transfer case fluid level) were not “checked” according to the invoice I received at the end of my service. If those items don’t get checked as part of the service, then they should be removed from the list of items. It doesn’t look good from the customer’s point of view to see them on a list and have it state that they were not “checked”.

The person who took care of me and my car was very professional, clear, friendly and efficient. The team seemed to communicate well with each other to get customers taken care of in a timely fashion. They were very polite and thorough, and I appreciated not being given a long speech on what they recommend for my mileage - they actually asked if I wanted them to go over it with me vs just doing it, which I appreciated that time saver! Will definitely return for next time, and will likely bring our other vehicle here for service.
