I go to this Valvoline for my oil changes. My battery need to be jumped two times in the last week. Valvoline said the battery tested fine it just needed to be charged. Valvoline doesn’t charge batteries but he told me where I could get it charged. I opted to replace the battery for piece of mind. Every time I have gone to this Valvoline I have been impressed with the team members. They all communicated well and appear to be enjoying working there.

I was treated like a person and not just as someone to take money from. Cars are not luxuries, they are necessities, and most people need them for day to day life. They made me feel like I didn’t have to “upgrade” for extra money when many of the service prices are already ridiculously overpriced as they are in comparison to other spots that aren’t part of some corporate chain.
