At the end of the oil change the staff noticed an oil leak near the air filter. They opened the air filter and oil had shot all over the air filter from a hose that went in. They said something was wrong with my truck and that I need to go see a mechanic. I didn't have any issues before I went in and now there was oil where it shouldn't be immediately following an oil change but they insisted it wasn't something they did and there was something wrong with my truck. I went to a mechanic friend of mine and he looked at it and said they must have just spilled oil somewhere near an air intake and that the oil in the air filter was from that and there is nothing wrong with the truck. I am not happy that if I didn't have a mechanic friend, it might have been quite costly to have it inspected. I also now have to replace my air filter at my expense due to their error.

Overall, I just have a really comforting experience. The staff truly seem to enjoy their jobs, which I would never have those expectations of anyone, but due to their communication with each other and me; their interactions it just feels so positive and pleasant. Again, I never go to any for of business and feel entitled to some to always be at a 10 because I emphasize with people as a human if their energy is low. However, I can also admit that due to their interactions with me I would definitely recommend and come back knowing and trusting that I'll be in good hands.As a woman, that's where the comfortability come into play. Plus, my engine light (knock on wood) hasn't turned back on since I've gotten work done.
