I always go to this Valvoline because are genial they don't try to rip me off. If there is ever a problem with my vehicle besides the regular oil change (e.g. my battery was bad once), they go over the problem with me without pressuring me. I also just took my car to the shop, so in this case I would know if they added on a bunch of unnecessary services! It also makes me feel comfortable that there are usually other women working here.

If they had taken more time to explain me what was happening with my car and not just chatting between them and with other client. I had to remind them to reset my oil change % reminder and ask them for a receipt showing their recommendations for my next visit but was told they had run out of toner and that I was going to get that by email, when I got home and checked my email, receipt was there but not the recommendation for the additional service that I was to come back for over the weekend.

Staff didnu2019t seem knowledgeable about the oil change for my car. My caru2019s oil change is usually good for a year or 10000 miles. The sticker I received said 3 months/3000 miles. I inquired about it just to make sure I received the right oil & sticker and was told that was actuate. I decided to ask someone else and explained how long my oil changes are usually good for, she looked at me like I was crazy and repeated - you only get your oil changed once a year??? No you should do it every 3 mo/3ku2026 thatu2019s why your car barely had oil in it.

Very quick and efficient. Jiffy lube down the street would have taken three hours of my life but Valvoline I was out before 30 minutes. Definitely will be coming back for oil changes for my others cars.
