One of my lug nuts was stripped during the tire rotation so instead of notifying me of the issue immediately they kept drilling at it until they gave up. The entire interaction took about an hour and they then told me I'd need to get it fixed since they don't have the parts. The only good thing was that Carlos recommended a mechanic who was cheap and communicative and will likely being taking care of all my car repairs and maintenance from now on.

I felt that the staff was very professional. I really liked their camaraderie and how well they worked together. My problems are more with Valvoline corpo; It seems the staff are highly trained and programmed to read through a script which I didnu2019t find genuine and I found the staff rushed through so it wasnu2019t exactly personal and that course is on top of the absolutely crazy bonkers amount of upsell.
