Valvoline Instant Oil Change

For the better part of 12 years, I have always relied on Valvoline Instant Oil for routine oil changes for 3 cars that I have owned. This experience has left me questioning my future choices; I arrived just before 5:00 with all three bays filled with cars, I was the first in line for bay # 2, with Bay 1 & 3 with no cars waiting for about 30 minutes. About 5:45, I was told that there would be less workers and things might be slower. Understanding that they closed at 6:00 I thought an hour was plenty of time. I finally pulled into bay 3, the car in bay 2 was still being worked on. Despite receiving mail and emails from Valvoline, they could not find my info, fine. My work was finally completed about 7:00 and I was sent on my way. The first thing I noticed was they filled my tires left side f/b 37 psi and right side 33 psi f/b. The following day I was checking on some missing wingnuts they mentioned when I realized that my windshield fluid was empty, despite the invoice reflecting they had topped it off. I put in a gallon of windshield fluid. I checked the radiator that they "topped off" for an extra cost and it was in fact, not topped off. So I paid for something I did not receive. I was also charged for 5.5 quarts of oil and "extra oil" and it makes me wonder if they really did utilize the amount of oil that they claimed and I paid for. The car has not been driven less than 3K miles since I regretfully purchased it. The team were absolutely nice and working really hard to service all the cars, despite the shop technically being closed but I think I have to be more diligent in watching every move they make to ensure I am getting what I pay for. I will say yet to recommend, but please be aware and stay on top of the services you are charged for to make sure you receive what you paid for.
