Really horrible place. They did not ring up my coupon and then refused to do so—threatened me saying it would be reported and so on. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced at a place like this. That all said, when I called the customer care line, they were amazing. It was the best customer care experience I’ve had in years. They refunded me for the coupon quickly.
