I always get a great service from the people at Valvoline. But only one time during covid restrictions with with one super rude employee enforcing mask rules without any courtesy or respect at all. I will never forget that guy. I haven't seen him again. But in general, they really help me with everything I need, and check up well on my car's needs. I always end up purchasing things that I didn't plan on but I guess that's the business.
