Your staff did a great job!! Your policies and pricing are out of line with your competition. I was charged $39+ for 1.9 quarts of oil in addition to the standard rate for an oil change. That is ridiculous pricing. Additionally, I brought new windshield wiper blades with me and the staff had been instructed they could not install them. That is awful customer service. I did not expect that they would be installed for free, but they informed me that unless I bought the blades from you they were not allowed to install them???In the future I will have my car serviced where the techs are allowed to service the customer without gouging them.Again, your staff performed beautifully but they can only follow the policies youu2019ve created. My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with your team in the store they were great!
