I went in for an oil change and the techs tried to sell me on a hundreds of dollars worth of extra services. Either they didnt know what they were looking for or they were trying to take advantage of customers lack of knowledge of vehicles and sell extra services before they were needed.

Valvoline was the only quick oil change station open in my neighborhood. I didn't want to wait 30 to 45 min at a mechanic. It was an emergency and I did not have time to change the oil myself. Valvoline had me in and out within 20 min or less. They were even able to air my tires and top off my fluids for free. And then Ethan, the mechanic, gave me some advice on my oil levels in my car. The entire team was always in communication with each other too. Made me feel like I was in good hands.
