After all the nascar production with all the personnel coming up to my car to inspect and change the oil I knew it would be expensive! $104 for full synthetic after $15 off coupon seemed a little steep for me! Shop around, I’m going back to Walmart!

The service members were completely unprofessional. They were very flirtatious, and when I was not entertaining their unprofessionalism they begin to seem irritated and frustrated with doing their job. I have been a customer with Valvoline for years. This was extremely disappointing. You need a better customer service representative at your Moreno Valley location . Very uncomfortable experience. I’m very disappointing. I would’ve rather have paid higher prices at a different company just for the professionalism.
