Agent was very detailed about my maintenance history on my vehicle. Also I had two services done, oil change and radiator flush and I was done in 35 minutes.

The work was quick and ok-ish, but they didn’t pay much attention to me. I recently bought the truck I was having serviced. It was used, so I wasn’t surprised when it was already in their system. I had to tell them 3 times that I was the new owner. They were too worried about joking around and discussing who was in the bathroom last and for how long. When it was time to go they were directing me out of the bay when I asked for the second time if they wanted me to pay. I’m not a thief so I wasn’t leaving without paying what I owed. Overall, a bad experience and I’ll go somewhere else next time.
