Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have been in Van Nuys to take care of the death of my Mother for several months and it has been one scam after another, people offering to help, moving companies, "friends" wanting her garage, and the corporation that took over so there wasn't any apartment manager to alert me that she was ill, then stole her belongings and mail. I was so delighted when Vincent listened to me and was incredibly professional, human, yet so quick; also installing my air filter and right headlight that I had been carrying since before she died in November. (I had to use my brights and driving lights). He showed me everything from the beginning, the state of my air filter, replacement not to be mistaken for the cabin filter I was also carrying, and his associate Miguel was apt and efficient and showed me my oil level and quality after they had checked my levels, air and everything. He even reset the oil health counter from inside with my permission which I usually look up and do myself. And had my receipt sent to email as I prefer. I know there is a third person under the car to thank. I was so relieved that I finally got to take care of myself, and receive excellent service and unexpected respect in the bargain. He treated me like his relative, a stranger in a very strange city where no one seems to have a driver's license. These guys are Da Bomb! I will tell everybody. I like Valvoline everywhere but they went above and beyond the call of duty.

This place is terrible, they tried to rotate the tires and broke two studs on the front passenger tire and tried to hide it. I had to pay to fix and they told me to go through customer service but they hang up on you.
