The team members tried to be slick with up charges and when I refused they’d tack on a charge in other places. When I noted that I was Dissatisfied with what I was being what I felt scammed for the manager felt very dismissive and was quick to have me leave without any service. The manager and team member laughed at me on my way out and I videoed it. I was Humiliated.
