Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Liars! I took my truck in for an oil change. When they were finished they told me that it has a bad oil leak and a transmission leak. I said that’s interesting cause there was no oil stains were in park it. Long story short they over filled the engine oil to the point where oil was leaking out from where the dipstick tube inserts into the oil pan.

I've utilized this location for the past 10 years (on and off depending on my work schedule), but this time was by far the worst experience. I arrived, the staff drained the oil from my vehicle, proceeded to top off the windshield fluid and coolant, and replace the air filter, but when they should have started adding back the oil, everything stopped. I was the only vehicle being worked on, and so I looked around and saw 3 staff members standing in the next bay over. After 10 minutes of waiting, I got out of my vehicle and asked what was going on, to which they responded that they did not have my oil in stock and had to send a runner to pick some up from an Auto Zone. I had to continually pester them and ask for updates, and later found out that they had to drive 20 minutes to the nearest store, so 40 minutes turn around. In the end I was apologized to several times and promised that I would be sent a discount for my next service (which still hasn't come in my email, 4 hours later). In summary, I arrived at approximately 8:30am, I was charged for the service at 8:43am (per my receipt), and did not leave until approximately 9:35am. This was a horrible experience, the staff seriously lacked in professional courtesy and simple human interaction skills, and honestly I will never return to this site. I would rather wait an hour at the dealership than be brushed off at an "instant oil change" for over an hour. Really unfortunate experience.
