Got an oil change and all of a sudden started hearing loud noises when I drove the car, turns out they left the screws off the undercarriage covers and it’s been dragging and now it’s broken. Definitely won’t ever go back here. Expensive oil change now I have to pay to replace this broken part. Really should take better care of peoples cars when they’re trusting you to preform a service

This was my first time here at Valvoline, they don't have these locations where I live. I had the best experience. Everyone was very kind, very thorough. Gave me a play-by-play of everything that was going to happen and went above and beyond. Very happy with my first time experience!
