First of all you never respond to these comments, I had to wait outside for an hour and fifteen minutes before getting into service area. Had to remind staff to check my tire pressure, they never told me nor have any listed service prices posted, I gave the staff a coupon for $15.00 off, when I got home and looked at my email since you don't print out receipts the discount was not there.

I got my tires rotated and was given a lug nut back in return. Told me my car was fine but lug nut was swollen. Turns out the screw and lug nut were stripped and cost me $155 to fix. Still waiting for response on reimbursement. Shouldn’t have to pay for rotation or to fix it. Also oil dropped all over my driveway when i got home. No leak just a messy oil change with no regard to oil getting all over after.

Everyone involved in the service was happy and efficient. I do think that the regular price of a full synthetic oil change is well overpriced. If it wasn’t for convenience of the location I would get oil changes at the dealership for much less. I believe small line shops should beat dealership prices on every level.

There were two cars in front of me and the team member came over to my car and just let me know that someone would be with me shortly and thank you for my patience, since they were a little on the busier side. The team member came and checked me in and third team member came and looked at some levels, I believe. While I did have to wait a little bit, the staff was communicating with everyone in line with what was going on.
