The team was great. The facility was out of radiator fluid, so that service could not be done this time. Otherwise, the service was great. And the only reason I said Likely to recommend rather than Highly Likely is that pretty much everybody knows where they like to go. But I would recommend it of someone were to ask. I like how it keeps records of the services my car needs to stay healthy.

They could have explained what they were doing when I voiced concerns when it looked like something went wrong. They did my service differently than I remembered from all my previous visits. Should have explained ahead of time that they were training someone. Should have explained why they were doing topside service. The situation felt like there was some kind of mistake made ie, one of the techs asked my tech, what did you do, then multiple techs came and were looking under the the hood and when I asked I I felt that I was dismissed and they were covering their tracks. When I pushed a lil further one tech got a little stern, told me he was one of the managers and everything was fine they were doing a training. I left concerned that something happened and I was not told. Still watching vehicle performance and checking for any leaks, smells, sounds. I got an oil service. Maybe everything was fine but my concerns were dismissed and there was no communication that my service process was possibly going to be different and take longer due to training. All my experiences in the past were great. This one was not. Like I said I left feeling concerned for my vehicle.
