They were amazing. However, there was one hitch, they forgot to replace the right headlight, and now I have to return to Valvoline to get it replaced. I called them on it and they apologized, offering a 20% discount on the full price and labor. I am returning to Valvoline now after driving 3 hours away, to get the light because I drive at night as well as day, and I have to have that light. It's the reason why I came here in the first place to get wipers, a light replacement, AND a oil change, and knock it out all in one visit. They said it would be one of the first things they would take care of, so I was happy about that. Somehow it slipped both them and me, and I didn't realize until later on the road that the light replacement wasn't on the invoice, and they had not mentioned it either. I have been getting oil changes every two months. I do a lot of driving and reach the mileage located on the sticker inside my car quite frequently. My car tends to shake when the oil is running low so I drove to valvoline in Ontario, CA. Upon arrival I mentioned I just had an oil change two months ago but I’m approaching the 3,000 mileage indicator. The young guy didn’t know what to do so he asked. Another guy took over and told me there was no oil on dipstick. I asked, “is it dangerous to be driving around with no oil ok?” No reply so I said since I’m already here let’s do the oil change. After my visit I called my friend she was outraged to hear they charged me for an oil change when all I needed was OIL. I said this happens often and they do an oil change. I feel they weren’t honest with me and sadly valvloline has been taking advantage of me for years. Sadly I didn’t know the difference. I’m embarrassed and mad that no one has told me that I don’t need an actual oil change. I feel I have been ripped off.

I got the tire rotation and now my car shakes and vibrates alot right after the tire rotation..it was not doing this before the rotation..now I have to take it to a mechanic to get it looked at..the Valvoline says they did nothing wrong....this isn't the first time they have messed up something of mine or my wife's car..gonna maybe go try another oil change company from now on..

Technicians are always helpful and nice. they also recommended i service flush the radiator on my Prius which i did.
