If you’re a girl or you’re new to cars, BEWARE. This is one of those classic scammy oil-change places that will try to upsell you on things you don’t actually need. I never write reviews, but they were confusing me about my tire's lug nuts, when there was absolutely nothing wrong with them to begin with.
I’m frustrated and annoyed that I let them take my money, so let my “you live and you learn” moment be your warning. If you’re coming in for an oil change, only get the oil change. If they suggest extra services, talk to someone who actually knows cars before agreeing to anything (or google), and just come back later if you really need it.
Also, air filters and engine filters are super simple DIY fixes that cost $20–$40. I get that it can feel intimidating, but YouTube tutorials explain it thoroughly or having a friend who knows cars goes a long way too.

If there was zero stars thats the rate I would give! TOMMY their onsite store manager did our oil change and clearly didn't not know what he was doing. 15mins after the oil change the engine oil light went on. Glady we were on the way to kia of garden grove when the mechanics of Kia had pointed out that oil was leaking from the car and there was no oil left in the engine and that it was UNSAFE TO DRIVE! Upon further inspection from kia mechanics they told us that it was completely on valvoline's end. We called the branch and told them what had happened but they dont seem to care and told us they would call us back in a couple of minutes. They never ended up calling us back and we are left stranded here and it's almost been two hours!
NO CALLS OR UPDATES! Completely unprofessional and poor service! | WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Now we are getting the car towed back to this branch after being stranded for 3 hours! because they said they would send someone out but never did!
