It was a busy day- I arrived, directly followed by 3 cars. Due to the crowded lot, we were shuffled to different bays, and lucky me- the 2 cars ahead of me in my bay had extra services. As I waited an hour-ish, I got to watch the 3 cars who came AFTER me get serviced and finish up first! It was really frustrating and I was trapped or else I would have left at that point. It just seems like a number system or side lot for busy days could help prevent this. And there's no way to leave if you're sandwiched in, so that was another layer. The staff were nice and felt bad, but it just seems like there has to be a better way. My last gripe is that this is the 2nd time where the service workers have left grease/dirt marks on my hood. I've mentioned this before, but it's still an issue.

The shop was very busy with at least 1 car waiting at each bay. I had to switch places with one car because it was there before me. I appreciated that they kept track of who got to go next. The guy coming out to do the visual checks and air pressure while we were waiting was very friendly even though the temperature was in the high 90s. The guy who was at the computer was not very friendly, but he wasn’t rude either. I don’t think I saw him smile. The other guys seemed to enjoy their job even though it was hot. I bring 3 vehicles to this shop, so I visit frequently. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

On my previous visit the oil pan cap was not inserted level causing an oil leak and the personnel at this service center replaced the cap and refilled my engine oil with courtesy which I greatly appreciated!
