The experience was much slower than what the technicians are recording on the computer system. the clock starts in the upper right hand corner of the screen when they check you in. Though they check you out when the clock is nearing 15 minutes. Once I paid my bill and my ticket was
Closed. I still sat there for an additional 15 minutes waiting for them to close my hood so I could role out. The technicians are out of sequence when servicing vehicles. I even noticed two different technicians do the same tire checks and oil checks on the car previous to me pulling into the bay. From the time they removed that vehicle’s oil filter, it still took them an additional 30 minutes to role that car out so I could get my services completed. Oil changes are taking closer to 45 verse the 15 minutes that is advertised on the banner. Simply the technicians are cheating the system by having customers pay at the 15 minute mark on the computer. When the services are not even completed.
