The service was excellent, top-quality, and very fast.
However, I had received a discount offer by email, and since I forgot to show the barcode before checkout, the discount was not applied.
When I mentioned it afterward, I was told nothing could be done.
Given that the offer was sent directly to me, I was surprised it wasn’t applied automatically.
Overall, still a great experience, but this could be improved.

These guys are unprofessional they hit on me. They text me without my consent using my customer information to get my phone number. They also damage my car so I have to have Valvoline fix luckily Valvoline the corporation is fixing my car. However, this location has men working there that make me uncomfortable
