There was a line of about 7 cars in front of me. They directed me to the quickest line, introduced self and took all the necessary information prior to me getting into the bay. They showed me all the options and didn't pressure me into anything that I didn't want or need. They treated me well and were fast and courteous. I didn't have to get out of my car, the entire experience was 30 minutes including the time I was in line waiting to be next. Super efficient and will come back for my next oil change when needed.

Not very friendly, the invoice said that the washer fluid was filled, but when I tried it nothing came out. For the price I paid, I feel that the worker could have been friendlier, and I felt like he didn’t really even want to be there. I would rather go to SpeeDee oil, much friendlier and make sure all fluids are filled. And they explain things.
