I have been coming here for many cars oil changes and have recommended people in the past had a few bad experiences first one was they broke my oil pan plug and said it wasn’t them had to replace my oil pan. Myself did not complain next they broke my dipstick that was welded to the part that holds it stable. They said it wasn’t them and now this time they said my oil pan is missing upon arrival. This is the only place that I come to have my oil change all the time because it’s more convenient for me, I came early to do my oil change because my car did not feel normal the mileage they gave me to come back from my oil change was off. I did not have no oil in my car. I enjoy coming to Valvoline, but I do not appreciate all the mishaps. I think they did not tighten the axis panel to my oil pan last time I did the oil change with them. I still have my service and hopefully nothing else goes wrong. It is convenient for me at this location.
