First they didn't put enough oil in my car. Then they told me they were changing my running lights. They did not. They left a hose unattached. They only found it because they didn't know how to reset my oil change light. Spent almost $200. Ridiculous for an oil change. They told me they added extra oil to my car. I had to add more because my oil light cam on. Your staff is trying to ruin cars by not knowing what to do. Shameful. Valvoline is not a good company. Sheila Frazier

They were quick, efficient and made sure everything was done completely and correctly. After changing the inside cabin air filter, the A/C was making a loud noise. The gentleman that helped me took everything apart, blew out the wheelhouse with air to clean it of any debris and remedied the issue. They also helped me to set up my business on a Fleet Account. I look forward to having all my fleets vehicles serviced here to keep us running optimally.

When I arrived all three bays were occupied. The first line had 2 vehicles waiting the other two had one waiting. The line I joined had a work truck in the bay that looked like it had been there a while with a Volkswagen Jetta waiting behind it. After a few minutes the vehicle beside me in the first line backed up and left--I should have followed his lead. After nearly an hour of waiting in the blazing sun I entered the bay for service. During my wait I did not observe any sense of urgency from any of the staff, therefore I asked for just an oil change without all the questions about extras. The usual checks were done (lights, tire pressure) and 25 minutes later the service was finished. The next day there is a small oil spill on my driveway and the TPMS light is on. The tire shop explained that variations in tire pressure between the tires caused the warning light (34 in one, 30 in another, 28 in another, and 36 in the last).
