Ive been going to this valvoline for years, and this place increasingly gets worse and worse. It use to be very quick. In and out now, takes an hour. They take their sweet time. They are not in a rush. They talk and have conversations instead of getting their job done. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review trust me, but this was awful. The girl there i believe her name was Ashley on dec. 26th. Did not have a great customer service attitude. She seemed like she hated her job. The men there were kind but she acted like she was forcing being nice at all. Also im not a Karen this place was just that bad. Hope it gets better. But i will not be back to this one.
