Today I had my oil changed at this shop. I repeatedly told your staff not to extract the oil from the dipstick tube, because doing so only removes about half of the old oil (around 3 quarts). I clearly explained that the oil must be drained from the drain plug on the oil pan. I repeated this instruction to at least three different employees, and each of them assured me that they would check it and drain the oil properly from the drain plug. However, they did not do so. Instead, they simply added new oil on top of the old oil. When they showed me the oil afterwards, they even tried to pass it off as if the job was done correctly. After they realized I noticed the issue, they only made a symbolic attempt to extract a small amount of my new oil again from the dipstick tube. This resulted in my oil pressure becoming excessively high, and I was forced to go to another shop and pay again for a proper oil change.
