Do not false advertise or offer a 15 minute oil change if it’s going to take an hour and a half. My truck pulled into the bay after waiting in line I was in the bay at about 25 min so not a bad wait at that point and then sat there for the remaining time around total 1.5 hours making me late to my other appointment. Others were so upset they were getting out of there cars wondering what was going on. My tire air pressure was never checked in fact the only fluid that was checked was the oil. So not only did it take an hour half the service I paid for was never actually fully completed or done.

I have short hair due to cancer. When I came up to the service member he proceeded to keep calling me sir when I am a woman, Born a woman. I just have short hair. He then decided to switch service people and the second guy was real sweet. The first guy came back when I was going to leave and apologized. I am so insecure about my short hair already and he just kept laughing as if it was a joke. Very disheartening.

first this service is way overpriced. i see why no customers were in line. all they did to my car was change the oil and filter and add fluid to the windshield cleaner. i can see nobody checked my radiator overfill i can see. i really don't think they checked my air in my tires unless. they go so fast nobody can see them. then to charge for euro cars extra which is ridicules. 5/30 oil is 5/30 oil here or in europe. lol you got people on that one. i will never take my car back to any of your locations. it was 192.00 without my coupon.
