All I can say is WOW!! TECHNICIAN Shiv and Isabelle made our DAY!!! Very kind and welcoming. Professional and courteous. Both techs have amazing social skills. They will go far in life!!!! Thank you again everyone!!! I almost forgot to mention the kind manager who introduced himself. I am sorry,I can't remember his 🙏 name. Watching every tech in shop work with professionalism made our day. Very seldom you get to meet people courteous and well spoken these days. Please let them know they are appreciated. My wife and toddlers were in the also car. Both me and My wife noticed how well spoken and professional each crew member conducted themselves. We even had a long conversation going home about these special individuals and how hard it is to find AWSOME PEOPLE.
