The service was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. My main service person was knowledgeable and helpful. The under the hood technician seemed to be new and a bit unsure but that is to be expected. The facility is clean and nice. I wish they would have been more explicit about what was happening and the services and checks being done. They did not give me a printed invoice /summary when it was done, did not ask if I wanted one, and did not let me know that one was coming during email. So I drove off not really knowing all the things done to the car and what kind of oil was used. Also there was oil spilled on my engine and bumper that was not cleaned off. I had a groupon for the price of the oil change, so the price was reasonable, but regular price would be a reason why I would not return.

As a retired retail manager service is top of the list of importance for me. I'm so sorry I cannot remember the young lady's name that assisted me but she was very pleasant, very informative, make sure that I saw my filters and how bad they were before suggesting replacing them. Kept a smile the whole time. The technician also made sure to call out all steps that he made while doing The service on my vehicle. I've never seen that or had that done anywhere before. You kind of feel like they genuinely are happy to see you there. Most places they just have you in and out the door minimal conversation minimal customer service care. So thank you for having such a well-trained staff.

This was my second visit to this particular location. However, the service provided was substandard. There were many inspections skipped, e.g., tire tread inspection, tire air pressure, headlamps, breaks lights, turn signals, etc. Furthermore, it was weird that they decided to suck out my old oil rather than doing so from the oil pan plug. I will not be returning to this location.
