The Manager was fine, had seen him several times. The staff member providing service needs to have better communication skills. After our initial discussion he stated I needed the Mazda recommended "Maxlife" Oil which I then researched and found out it is a synthetic blend and on the high end of pricing. Also was Valvoline proprietary. I did explain that I was retired, on a fixed income, and only put about 3-5K max a year on the vehicle. He gave me no other options or clarification, just stated I needed what the manufacturer recommended. I ended up paying $71 dollars even after a 16.40 coupon discount. I looked on your web site for the price of a conventional oil change and that information is well hidden (I am computer savvy). I did find out I could go to Midas for $29.99 so, I am inclined to not revisit this site with either of my 2 vehicles or my kids 2 vehicles. Sorry, but the salesman ruined it for me, I've thought about this for a whole week before communicating this to you.

Very pushy. Failure code came on as soon as I left shop. Came back following day; I was told this is a 60,000 check. I had to tell them what real code meant. I instructed worker what it might be. Then only problem fixed. Code disappeared

It is not your team is is you pricing polocy and Process. Your process first. Your maintenance checks show no check on the drain plug and gasket snd ther Oil drain plug. Both od those are important. The drain plug needs the gasket so it should be mentioned whether present or not. The drain plug needs to be tightened to the specified torque foot pounds. Both of these should have specific comments.The baloney os having an extra oi charge is just misleading and beneath you. $78.00 for 5 quarts of oil i highway robbery. The extra oil charge of $11.19 makes it $89.19 for 5.8 quarts of oil or $15.38 a whole qiart for your oil. That is insane and a discredit to you Brand. Yes there was no price for the filter. Consideting I can buy Mobil 1 full synthetic all day any day got $6.at Costco. Any filter is $8 to 10.As far as I know it is against the law to tax labor.I drove away with no reciept and was not informed that I would recieve one.Finally it is your process not your people.
